My new short story “Rapture Blues” is out today in the Cozy in the Apocalypse anthology from Angry Gable Press.
“Rapture Blues” is a bit of a departure for me, leaning more toward humor than straight-up horror, and was an absolute blast to write. That said, you can take the girl out of the horror, but you can’t take the horror out of the girl, and in this story I serve up whimsy with a side of loneliness and grief.
I’m honored to have my work included in this beautiful book, and can’t wait for readers to check out all the cozy end-of-the-world stories.
